[:SR]Нeмaтeриjaлнo културнo нaслeђe или кaкo сe још назива живо људско наслеђе, обухвата обичаје и друштвене праксе, ритуале, веровања, начине усменог изражавања, знања и вештине везане за традиционалне занате, исхрану, који преношени с генерације на генeрацију и данас чине део специфичног наслеђа једне заједнице. Такво наслеђе, заједнице које га баштине, препознају као део сопственог идентитета и чувајући га и преносећи на следеће нараштаје, граде јединствeни oсeћaj идeнтитeтa, кoнтинуитeтa и припадности.

Заштита и очување нематеријалног културног наслеђа у Републици Србији, сиситемски и организовано, започиње усвајањем УНЕСКО-ве Конвенције о заштити нематеријалног културног наслеђа, у мају 2010. године. Велики и значајан корак у заштити овог дела веома богатог наслеђа у Србији, начињен је формирањем Националног регистра нематеријалног културног наслеђа, 2012. године. Регисар, који се води у Центру за нематеријално културно наслеђе Етнографског музеја у Београду, у овом тренутуку обухвата првих 27 елемената забележених и уписаних као део националног наслеђа Србије. Ту су обичаји као што су Крсна слава, Молитва под Миџором, Обичај изливања паљења ратарских свећа, Лазарице у Сиринићкој жупи, Чување Христовог гроба; затим усмене традиције Певање уз гусле, Грокталице, Певање извика, Ерски хумор, Ојкача, Врањска градска песма или извођачке уметности Коло, коло у три, коло у шест, Руменка, Свирање на гајдама, Фрулашка пракса, Свирање на кавалу и Вуков сабор. Занатска знања и вештине, преношени с генерације на генарцију нашли су своје место у Националном регистру кроз Пиротско ћилимарство, Филигрански занат, Клесарски занат из Беле Воде, Злакуску лончарију, Израду дрвених чутура у селу Пилица, Косовски вез и Наивно сликарство Словака, а знања која се односе на припремање хране убележена су кроз Белмуж, Изради пиротског качкаваља и израду Пазарских мантија.

У настојањима да део својих обичаја забележи као део наслеђа човечанства и учини га видљивијим и на међународном плану, Србија је у кандидовала Славу, као националну номинацију и Пролећни празник: Хидрилезе/Св.Ђорђа као мултинационалну номинацију за упис на Репрезентативну листу УНЕСКО-а.

[flagallery gid=13][:fr]Le patrimoine culturel immatériel, appelé également Trésors humains vivants, rassemble les coutumes et les pratiques sociales, rituels, croyances, formes d’expression orale, connaissances et adresses liées aux artisanats traditionnels, à l’alimentation, transmis d’une génération à une autre, qui représentent aujourd’hui une partie du patrimoine spécifique d’une communauté. Celle-ci considère que ce patrimoine est partie intégrante de son identité, elle le protège et le transmet aux jeunes générations, cultivant ainsi un sentiment original d’identité, de continuité et d’appartenance.

La protection et la préservation du patrimoine culturel immatériel en République de Serbie débute de manière systématique et organisée à l’adoption de la Convention sur la protection du patrimoine culturel immatériel de l’UNESCO, en mai 2010. Un grand pas en avant a été accompli pour préserver ce patrimoine extrêmement riche en Serbie lorsqu’a été créé en 2012 le Registre national du patrimoine culturel immatériel. Ce Registre, qui dépend du Centre pour le patrimoine culturel immatériel du Musée ethnographique de Belgrade, rassemble actuellement les 27 premiers éléments consignés et inscrits comme faisant partie du patrimoine national de la Serbie.

Les coutumes : la Slava de baptême, la Prière au pied du Midžor, la Coutume de la préparation et de l’allumage des cierges des cultivateurs, le cortège des « Lazarice » dans la région de Sirinić, la Veillée au Saint Sépulcre.

Les traditions orales : les chants accompagnés de gousla, les différents chants « groktalice », « izvika », « ojkača », « l’humour épique », la chanson urbaine de Vranje

Les arts vivants : la danse du kolo, le kolo à trois, à six, Rumenka, la cornemuse, le pipeau, le kaval et le Rassemblement de Vuk

Les connaissances et adresses artisanales : les kilims de Pirot, l’art du filigrane, la taille de la pierre à Bele Vode, la poterie de Zlakusa, la Fabrication des gourdes en bois du village de Pilica, la Broderie kossovare et l’art naïf des Slovaques

Les connaissances gastronomiques : le « belmuž », la Fabrication du fromage de Pirot et des « mantije » de Novi Pazar.

La Serbie a également déposé la candidature nationale de la « Slava » et celle, multinationale, de la Fête du printemps : « Hidrileze » / Saint Georges pour être inscrites sur la Liste représentative de l’UNESCO.

[flagallery gid=13][:en]Intangible cultural heritage, also called live human heritage, includes customs and social practices, rituals, beliefs, forms of oral expression, knowledge and skills connected to traditional crafts, and cuisine. They are transferred from one generation to another and presently form part of a specific heritage of a community. Such heritage is recognized by heritage communities as part of their identity, and by keeping it alive and transferring it to next generation they build a unique feeling of identity, continuity and belonging.

Protection and conservation of intangible cultural heritage in Republic of Serbia became systematic and organized after the adoption of UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage in May 2010. One great and important step toward protection of this part of very rich heritage in Serbia was made by establishment of National register of intangible cultural heritage in 2012. This Register is administered in the Center for Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Ethnographic Museum in Belgrade and presently includes first 28 elements recorded and adopted as part of national heritage of Serbia.

Customs Krsna slava, Molitva pod Midžorom (Prayer under Midžor Mt.), Custom of making and burning ratarske sveće (agriculturalists’ candles), Lazarice at Sirinićka Župa, Guarding Christ’s Grave;

Oral traditions Singing along gusle, Groktalice, Pevanje izvika, Era humor, Ojkača, Town songs of Vranje, Pirot storytelling.

Performing arts Kolo, kolo u tri, kolo u šest, Rumenka, playing gajde, practice of playing shepherd’s flute, Playing kaval and Vukov Sabor.

Craft knowledge and skills Kilim-making of Pirot, Filigree craft, Stone masonry craft from Bela Voda, pottery from Zlakus, making wooden flasks in village Pilica, embroidery from Kosovo and Naïve painting by Slovaks.

Knowledge of food-preparing Belmuž, Preparing kačkavalj (yellow cheese) of Pirot, Preparing Pazar mantije.

In 2014, Serbia has included the custom of Slava – celebrating the family patron saint in the UNESCO Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, while the Spring Holiday: Hidrileze/St.George was suggested for inclusion as multinational nomination.
